Hi! I’m Evelyn — originally from South Wales in the UK, where I grew up loving autumn walks, rainy days, and a good book. For over 11 years, I’ve worked in the wine industry, and I’m still as passionate about wine today as when I first began. I love sharing knowledge, great conversations, and helping people discover new things — whether it’s the perfect glass of wine or the joy of learning a language. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading, exploring new cafés, or spending time with my black cat, PBJ — who thinks he’s my co-teacher!
